We’ve obviously known about these two for quite awhile and we’ve been really excited to introduce them. Not only because it’s a welcome change of pace but also because they’re just fun characters. Admittedly you can’t tell that yet just from this brief introduction but I promise there are some big payoffs ahead. Especially once everything starts tying together.
I know six panels a week isn’t all that much and we’ve thought about ditching the full color format in favor of a more frequent update schedule but that just doesn’t feel right. The good news is once the prelude is complete and we move into our next arc we’ll be doing full page layouts instead of the Sunday comic format.
Check back next week to find out the identities of these two. You already know one of them. See you then!

I just found your comic through Comic Hovel. Pretty good mix of action and comedy so far. And I wouldn’t worry about moving away from your main characters storyline. I haven’t had my main character show up in my comic for over six months.
It’s hard when your only updating once a week in full color though, I can relate. Keep it going though.
Thanks, Isaiah. I’m actually familiar with your comic and really like the tone and look of it. Thanks for the kind words. What’s tough is that we’re working on so many other projects in addition to the comic and one piece of advice you hear over and over when you’re just starting out is to pick an update schedule you know you can stick to. I hope in the future we can increase the number of pages we’re putting out each week. But for now it’s just a matter of being realistic.
Thanks for checking us out and I hope you keep reading!
